1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Services

Junipera Outdoor Design provides:

• Outdoor landscape design services (Essentials, Signature, Estate packages)
• Design consultation calls (free 15-min and paid 30-min)
• Online sale of plants and related products (where available)
• Design direction quiz and personalized recommendations

3. Design Packages

• Essentials — $1,195 flat fee
• Signature — $2,295 flat fee
• Estate — $3,495 flat fee

All package prices, deliverables, and timelines are as described on our website at the time of purchase. Delivery timelines begin after all required project information has been received.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payment is due at the time of service purchase
• Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if design work has not yet begun
• Once design work has started, no refunds will be issued
• For plant and product purchases, refunds are subject to our separate return policy

5. Revision Policy

• Essentials: 1 revision round included
• Signature: 2 revision rounds included
• Estate: Unlimited revisions included

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be available for an additional fee.

6. Intellectual Property

All design plans, drawings, mood boards, and documents created by Junipera Outdoor Design remain the intellectual property of Junipera Outdoor Design until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the designs for their personal property only.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate project information
• Respond to designer requests in a timely manner
• Use designs only for the property described in your project brief

8. Limitation of Liability

Junipera Outdoor Design is not responsible for:

• Construction outcomes by third-party contractors
• Plant survival after delivery or installation
• Delays caused by client unresponsiveness or inaccurate information provided

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
